Because this is starting to read like a bunch of personal journal entries, I added:
This is my journey!
Here’s the full cover, let me know if it does anything for you?
Here’s the face of the cover. (This picture was lifted off a website called Amazon :-)
I’d like to make some wise remark right about here that’d convince everyone to go to Amazon and buy my book. But after all this time I haven’t figured out what is wise enough to possibly do that.
So instead of something wise, the best I can hope for is that you’ll all at least go to Amazon and give my work rave reviews and only five star ratings. Absolutely, the more who show up to do this, the merrier.
Thanks all, it is much appreciated.
Oh, by the way, my son read this a few days ago and when he finished I asked him, “Did it hit the top 10 out of all the books you’ve ever read.”
He said, “I believe, dad, it’s number 3.”
“That’s much better than I hoped for,” I said, taken aback.
Then he fills me in saying, “Yeah, I think this is the third book I’ve read.”
Anyway, I’ve been selling copies at work. This is probably a bad idea. No one there had a clue I wrote a book so it was quite the shock when I'm asking them to buy one. Now I’ll have to live with the consequences of whatever becomes of Authors who sell their stuff at work.
But what the heck, and already, several have finished and want to know if the sequel is done so they can buy that too.
Gotta love it.
Anyway, I’m sure it’s easier for me to sell this in person then what it will ever be online.
God's Blessing on all who stumble upon this post. May your days be filled with happiness, full bellies and always the best of health.

It was a good story, and quite unique. I really enjoyed it.
Great ending to a wonderful book! Thanks so much for this enjoyable read!
I am so glad I got to read it as it was being born. I have enjoyed your story and loved the many twist and turns you have presented in the reading.
Great story sir. I want an autographed copy of this excellent adventure. So.. when's the movie coming out? LOL
The story is very engaging, dream inspiring, emotional and all around enjoyable. I would love an autographed copy. You could make this a very successful series, it already has a place in our favorite book shelves.
These raves were gleaned during a private viewing that took place right here on Gather.
More raves available at: Amazon.com were you can bring home the journey yourself, and go where you've never been, and learn why those who have, rave.
My First Interview. What a wonderful experience. It’s Bloged on: Creating Unforgettable Characters. I would like to thank S.P Bragg for putting “A Stone’s Throw Away, which can be found at Amazon.com on her Blog.

Added 4-1-13: Hey,

And a favor…
I don’t know how many blogs post get comments left on them. (I know I haven’t left many)
Anyway, my second blogspot interview is live on Laurie's Thoughts and Reviews, For "A Stone's Throw Away" by Carl Lee (she did a great job)
It’d sure be nice if you’d click on through and at least say, “Thanks for sharing.”
You don’t need to waste time reading the interview. (lol) Just a, “Thanks…” on the comment line to Laurie.
Don’t forget to like her blog on Facebook.
Heaps of Blessing upon all who view this post, may your future be filled with joy and happiness.
Thanks in advance
This is a first for me and I was so nervous, I don’t know if I really want to share this. But, it is what it is. And someday when this becomes old hat, I’m sure I'll look back on this and laugh. (and it's only with that thought in mind, I'm posting the link)
What a Surprise… The circumstance: While soliciting reviews using a list of reviewers I found on the internet, one responded saying they gave precedent to print copies. So I shot one off to her and because her website said she’s a couple of months behind, gave it no further thought. Today, a couple of weeks later, she posted her review. And Amazingly, it’s from one of our very own Gather Members: Glenda Bixler Surprise!
I’m not so sure but this doesn’t require a Spoiler Alert. There is Main Character discovery revealed. And that’s part of the fun of reading “A Stone’s Throw Away”. darn it too, it’s another glowing review. Glenda just wants to tell the world about the Story she's read.
Now the Comments received on this post do require a spoiler alert.
An interview hosted by Denise Alicea on her blog The Pen Muse
You'll have to read my answers as if Clint Eastwood is giving them. I thought before I sent this off I should change it, but ran with it anyway.
Thought I should add this info:
For anyone who’d like to connect outside of Gather. And would be so helpful and would appreciate every fan I can get on Goodreads on my fan page.
I forgot about Facebook cause I lost my account when I switched ISP. I started a new account hoping to use it to contact fb letting them know they’re the problem, not me. Never did so, so here’s the new account.
There’s a fan page there too. Actually may be more than one. (that’s what happens when someone like me gets ahold of a computer. Only enough know how to be dangerous lol)
